Rose Quartz is a silicon dioxide crystal with a hexagonal crystal pattern with a hardness of 7 on the Moh scale. It is part of the main quartz family, deriving its name from its color. Most of the deposits are found in Brazil, Madagascar and South Dakota in the USA.
